Hide Subtotal Box for Pricing

It would be good if we were able to hide the subtotal in the price block.

In our business we also offer recruitment, where we show the different levels of fees for visibility, but wouldn’t be charging them all of the different packages in one go - we would love to be able to use Formlio to create proposals to cover all eventualities.
