I had one idea that could make the proposal creation process even more powerful.

It would be interesting to consider adding an AI-assisted proposal writing feature.

For example, designers could input:

• Project scope

• Pricing

• Client details

• Deliverables

And the AI could help generate a structured proposal draft, including clear descriptions, timelines, and positioning language, which the designer can then refine and personalize.

This could:

• Save time

• Reduce proposal-writing stress

• Help designers articulate their value more confidently

• Especially support those who struggle with writing

I feel this would align really well with Formlio’s goal of simplifying proposal creation.
