⭐ New: Publish & Share Experience
We've completely rethought how you share your interactive documents. You now have 3 sharing modes to choose from based on your needs:
Private Link: Only invited people can access the document and collaborate in real time. Others can request access. You get notifications and full named analytics, so you know exactly who viewed and interacted with your document.
Public Link: Anyone with the link can view and interact with your document. You get notifications and anonymous analytics to track engagement.
Open Link: A public page visible to everyone and indexed by search engines. Ideal for portfolios and prospecting documents. You get anonymous analytics.
💡 For Public and Open links, visitors don't need to authenticate and remain anonymous unless they complete a form (e.g., agreement/approval), which requires authentication. At that point, their identity is captured and they are no longer anonymous.
🛠️ Bug Fixes & Improvements
Text Editor: You can now type the "/" character as text without the command menu intercepting it.
General improvements: Changes made to the editor, some blocks and Styling Studio to improve user experience.

Block layouts — Optimised layout and styling for Timeline, and Text blocks on mobile and tablet devices.
Font scaling — Font sizes scale down on smaller screens to prevent overflow.
Gallery grids — Galleries switch from multi-column grids to a single or two-column layout on mobile.
Stacked layouts — Side-by-side layouts stack vertically on narrow screens for better readability.
⭐ Avatars
Users and clients now have a default avatar. You can replace it with a custom image in your account settings.

Viewing sessions notifications — Fixed duplicate email and inbox notifications when a client starts a viewing session.
General improvements — Various fixes and enhancements for a better user experience.

We're thrilled to introduce the Pricing Block, a powerful new way to present pricing, quotes, and packages directly inside your Formlio documents.
Here's what's included:
Two layout styles — Choose between a clean List view or a visual Grid view with cards, each with auto-aligned totals and clear pricing hierarchy.
Interactive selection modes — Set sections as Mandatory (all included), One choice (single select), or Optional (multi-select) so clients can customize their own package.
Discounts at every level — Apply discounts to individual items, groups, or entire sections, with clear visibility in both List and Grid layouts.
Multi-currency support — Search currencies by name or keyword, with standardized symbol formatting across your documents.
Column layouts for intro sections — Add title and description areas with flexible width and column controls to frame your pricing.
🎨 Custom Color Palettes in the Styling Studio
Save and manage multiple color palettes — Create your own custom palettes in the Styling Studio and switch between them across documents. Your brand colors, always one click away.
Expanded theming for the Pricing Block — Color palette and theme mapping now covers captions, totals, and accent elements within pricing sections.
🛠️ Editor Improvements
Timeline/Gantt editing — "Edit" actions are now easier to discover and access in Gantt Timeline.
Icon color editing — A new "Edit Color" button is now visible directly in the icon selector.
Image reordering fix — Fixed errors and broken behavior when reordering images in Gallery, Portfolio, and Hero blocks.
🔍 Media & Search
Faster Pexels loading — Improved loading and rendering speed when importing images from Pexels.
Pexels search bar — Fixed inconsistent positioning of the search bar in the Pexels image library.
